It’s Christmas Eve, and I know many of you are spending time with your families.
We said before that your order would arrive before January 1st, but it’s now going to arrive later than we promised. I’m truly sorry for this delay and for letting you down.
Here’s what’s happening right now.
At LA warehouse, product sorting started on December 24th and will finish around December 30th.
Packing will begin on December 31st, and after packing is finished by January 3rd, your order will be shipped.
Once again, I’m very sorry that we couldn’t keep our promise. It's all my fault. I did not expect the year-end logistics situation in US. I know how much you’ve been waiting.
We will stay responsible and keep you updated.
